  • Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability and flower freshness, we may substitute flowers, containers, or packaging as needed while maintaining overall design and value.

  • Prices: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery fees are added at checkout.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it for accuracy.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through our third-party payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us promptly to request a cancellation.

4. Delivery

  • Service Area: We deliver within Kingston, Greenwood, Aylesford, Middleton, Berwick,
    Kentville, New Minas and Wolfville

  • Delivery Times: While we strive to meet requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery hours due to weather, traffic, or recipient availability.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy with your order.

  • If you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion based on the situation.
